Very impressed with this team. Lu came out and surveyed our home and gave us a realistic quote that did not set false expectations. The team arrived on-time ready to work. They were courteous and professional and experienced. We did an initial walk through which reviewed the tasks at hand. They listened intently and were able to execute flawlessly. They swept out my garage and basement at completion, reviewed what they had done and then were off. The thing that really excited me the most was we had left a box that had photo journals of our children and family growing up. Before they disposed of the box, a member of the team came to me and asked me if I really wanted to throw them out.
